Getting back into the swing of things

Wow, I can’t believe another year has past and we are already nine days into this year. Life has been so busy. I am working on re-doing my hydabrek.com website and slowing working our redesigning the Havanese Fanciers of Canada (HFC) website too, now that I have taken over the website committee. I have been working on an on-line auction for the HFC Annual Rescue auction. We are hoping to have that up and running very soon. Many things have changed with Caillee’s puppies and even within our own home. As you might remember from a previous post, our beloved ‘Tina’ was adopted is now named Mim; our enteric puppy ‘Junior’ was also adopted is now named ‘Cali’, pronounced completely differently than her mom’s name Caillee; as for ‘Goldie’, I actually decided to keep her and is now named ‘Hyacinth’ after ‘Mrs Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquette)’. If you have ever watched a British comedy called ‘Keeping up Appearances’ then you might find her name slightly amusing, well perhaps in the right circles of course.

Caillee’s puppy are so much bigger now. I even have some photos to share but I guess later. Hyacinth was the last go down stairs, I think she might have fell off the sofa arm a few too many times that stairs didn’t look all that appealing to go down I suppose. Now she runs down them.

Oh it feels good to get back into the swing of things.
